GoldHR was founded by Sam Gold in 2012 to provide HR support to small and medium businesses who need access to professional HR advice and support but don’t need the expense of employing an HR professional.

Since then, we’ve worked with a wide range of businesses across Surrey and Hampshire, helping with everything from employing the very first member of staff to dealing with difficult disciplinary issues. Nothing phases us – we have the skills, the experience and the insight to make sure that everything is taken care of properly.

Running a small business isn’t easy when you have all those plates to keep spinning. But we know if your business is to grow and succeed, your people are the key to that success.

Sam has 24 years’ HR management experience and is passionate about the benefits of using a collaborative and pragmatic approach to working with businesses of all shapes and sizes.

Sam’s experience extends private and public sectors including financial services, insurance, utilities, legal, publishing, communications, automotive and education. She takes the time to understand immediate and longer-term challenges, strategy and goals in order to quickly identify solutions which add value.

Sam believes in delivering professional and credible HR services which boost capability, productivity and profitability and clients appreciate her positive and proactive approach and dedication to helping them get things right for themselves and their employees.

Sam’s qualifications include a post graduate diploma and MSc in Human Resource Management. Sam is also a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and an accredited Workplace Mediator.
